About MUNI ATELIER

Founded in 2021 in Hong Kong as Muni Savon, MUNI ATELIER began with a simple idea: Make Unique Savon.

Now based in Vancouver, the atelier explores the idea of Materia & Unique through handcrafted soaps and sculptural objects inspired by raw textures, quiet forms, and everyday rituals.

MUNI comes from the Japanese word “無二,” meaning one of a kind — reflecting our belief that no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Each piece is individually crafted in small batches, embracing subtle variations as part of its natural character.

Rather than excess, we value calmness.
Rather than perfection, we value presence.

At MUNI ATELIER, we believe beauty can be quiet.

About the Maker

In late 2020, I began exploring soap making through experimentation and intuition.

Over time, a visual language gradually emerged — marble-like textures, soft contrasts, fluid patterns, and minimalist forms shaped by an appreciation for raw materials and understated objects.

MUNI ATELIER reflects my desire to create quiet pieces that bring a subtle sense of calm into everyday life.
