At MUNI ATELIER, each piece is individually handcrafted, making every item naturally one of a kind.

Due to the nature of our artisanal soaps and candles, all sales are final.

Hygiene & Product Integrity

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage mindful selection and an appreciation for the subtle variations in texture, form, and scent that make each piece unique.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at info@muniatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your case and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
