Every order is carefully hand-packed in our studio in Richmond, British Columbia.
Ready-to-Ship
Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days before dispatch.
Made-to-Order
Production timelines vary depending on the collection.
- Cold Process Soap — Approximately 6 weeks (including curing time)
- Candles — Approximately 10–14 business days, depending on order volume
- Tailor-made Orders — Production timelines will be confirmed individually.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Canada
- British Columbia: $10 CAD
- Rest of Canada: $12 CAD
- Free shipping on orders $60+ CAD
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days in BC / 5–8 business days in Canada
United States
- Standard shipping: $20 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days
- Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery, if applicable.

Customs & Delivery
Customers outside Canada may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees.
Once an order has been dispatched, MUNI ATELIER is not responsible for delays, lost packages, customs clearance, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Local Pick-up (Richmond, BC)
Although we do not operate a public storefront, local pick-up may be available by appointment.
